The compact MRX50 panel encoders with 50 ppr. prove their precision and quality even after many hundreds of thousands of operations and are customizable on request
The panel encoder MRX50 is, in the sum of its characteristics, out of competition. This product design with this fine-stepped 50 detents and push button even under increased environmental requirements (IP65) cannot be found a second time. The robust and precise panel encoder ensures, even after many hundreds of thousands of operations, the largely unchanged quality of its haptic properties, such as the detent and the shaft play. This was confirmed to us by customers who have undergone this sensor comprehensive testing and have opted for the MRX50. This makes the manual encoder the first choice when special emphasis is placed on longevity with consistent quality.
MEGATRON customizes the panel encoders on customer request. An individual product adaptation could be specific shaft geometry, custom detent torque or push button force, as well as special electrical connection variants.
- Detents / resolutions: One detent
There is one mechanical detent of 50 ppr. (25 audible and tactile "clicks) available.
- Detent torques: Two variants
The MRX50 panel encoder offers two detent torques: 0,4 ±0,2 Ncm or 0,8 ±0,2 Ncm. On request, we implement individual detent torques according to customer requirements.
- Push button: With or without push button
The panel encoder has an integrated (or optionally no) push button. In the portfolio comparison, the travel path of the MRX50 push button is in the midfield. Applications which require a longer travel path for the push button please take a look at the series MRT, for short travel path at series MRB.
Compact in four electrical connection variants, shaft side up to IP65.
- Power supply / output signal:
5 V or 3.3 V power supply, TTL output
