Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter: Google). Google Analytics uses cookies, text files which are stored on your computer and which allow the analysis of your use of the website. The information gathered by the cookie about your use of this website is as a rule transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. As IP anonymisation has been activated on this website, however, your IP address will be stored by Google in truncated form within Member States of the European Union or in other states that are contracting parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide the website operator with other services related to website usage and Internet activity. Google will not link the IP address transferred by your browser in the context of Google Analytics with any other data held by Google.
The purposes of the data processing are to evaluate the use of the site and to compile reports concerning activities on the site. The intention is to then provide further associated services based on your use of the website and the Internet. The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the website operator.
You can prevent the storage of these cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software. However, please be advised that you may then be unable to use some of the features of this website. You can also prevent the disclosure to and processing by Google of the data generated by cookies concerning your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available via the following link: Browser add-on to disable Google Analytics.
Use of Google Maps
This website uses the Google Maps API for the visual presentation of geographical information. When Google Maps is used, Google collects, processes and uses data concerning the use by visitors of the map functions. You will find more information about data processing by Google in the Google privacy policy. There you can also change your personal privacy settings in the Privacy Centre.
Google AdWords
Our website uses Google conversion tracking. If you have come to our website via an ad placed by Google, Google AdWords sets a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad provided by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and cannot be used to identify the user. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can detect that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page. Every Google AdWords advertiser is given a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers receive information on the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and have been redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. They do not, however, receive any information which would allow them to personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can prevent the setting of the cookie required for that purpose – for instance, by adjusting your browser settings to disable cookies in general or setting your browser to block cookies from the “googleadservices” domain.
Please bear in mind that you must not delete the opt-out cookies if you do not want any measurement data to be recorded. If you have deleted all the cookies in your browser, you will need to set the relevant opt-out cookie again.
Use of Google Remarketing
This website uses the Remarketing function of Google Inc. This function is used to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google network. A cookie is installed on the website visitor’s browser which makes it possible to identify the user again when he or she visits sites affiliated to the Google advertising network. Visitors to these sites can be shown advertisements which refer to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites which use the Google Remarketing function.
Google claims not to collect any personal data during this process. However, if you do not want the Google Remarketing function, you can always disable it by changing the relevant settings under http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the advertising network initiative by following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.
