With its long travel path, the MRT panel encoder is particularly suitable for numerical setpoint applications that require a very clear confirmation by the push button
If you are looking for a panel encoder with a particularly long push button travel path, the MRT is the first choice. The long travel path provides safety and helps to avoid incorrect operation, because it prevents an unintentional setpoint from being transmitted to the evaluation unit.
The proven MEGATRON quality ensures that the haptic properties, such as detent torque and shaft play, are subject to only minor changes even after many 100,000 operations.
- Detents / resolutions: One detent, even without mechanical detent
There is one mechanical detent of 25 ppr. (25 audible and tactile "clicks") or without mechanical detent (25 ppr.) available.
- Detent torques: One variant
The MRT rotary encoder offers one detent torque (0.5 ±0.2 Ncm) and in the variant without mechanical detent an operational torque (<0.5 Ncm) remains.
- Push button: With or without push button – push button with the longest travel path
The panel encoder has an integrated (or optionally no) push button. The travel path is the longest in the portfolio. If a particularly short stroke is required, we recommend the MRB series.
Compact in two electrical connection variants, shaft side up to IP54. More compact is only the MRS
