HTx encoders are for applications with the highest demands on measured value acquisition and service life. The robust metal housing forms the basis of the HTx versions with their own solid or hollow shaft (shaft encoder) or externally mounted shaft (kit encoder). The former have a double ball-bearing stainless steel shaft that can withstand high axial and radial loads. Electrically, the HTx encoders are connected with a metric plug or shielded signal cable (metal cable glands) - all steels used are stainless. The signal processing is carried out with digital precision, is based on magnetic, gradient-based measured value recording and is ideal for highly dynamic and fast processes. In addition to the choice between incremental or absolute encoder, two resolution levels are available.

HTx36E High Resolution
The encoders HTx36E feature high resolution and can also be ordered as battery- and gearless True-Power-On multiturn encoders with energy harvesting technology. Thanks to this innovative technology, the encoder counts the number of revolutions correctly even in a de-energized state. These versions are either equipped with SSI, CANopen or CAN SAE J1939 interfaces. HTx36E are also available as high-resolution incremental encoders. The total pulse count can be defined in single steps up to 16384 pulses per revolution.

Level Standard Resolution
Level standard resolution versions provide resolution and accuracy for a wide range of applications. The encoders include all the usual analogue and incremental signal outputs. Encoders of this level offer the advantage that they can be customized from small series. In principle, customization of the shaft geometry, signal cable length or signal output function is most in demand for rotary encoders. We will be happy to advise you on your application.
