Product description: Conductive Plastic Potentiometer MCP05

Miniaturized conductive plastic potentiometer for applications with limited space requirements

The MCP05 series conductive plastic potentiometer has been specially developed for applications with limited space requirements. With a service life of 10 million revolutions and an electrical angle of rotation of 300°, it offers an optimum combination of compactness and precision. The robust construction with precision ball bearings and the lightweight aluminum housing with gold-plated solder pins for a secure connection make the MCP05 a reliable solution for long-lasting use in demanding environments.

Of particular note is the wide temperature range of -55 °C to +105 °C, which combined with the compact design enables a wide range of applications in demanding environments.

The MCP05 series is the most compact in the conductive plastic potentiometer portfolio and is ideal for precise measurement applications where limited space plays a central role.

Options:

  • Linearity: ±1% (optional ±2%)
  • Resistance tolerance: from 500 Ohm to 100 kOhm
  • Shaft adaptations: Various geometries and lengths
  • Center tap: Enables voltage or current tapping at a defined point on the resistor track and extends the functionality.
  • Rear shaft: For mechanical connection to synchronized mechanisms on the rear of the potentiometer.
  • On request with mechanical end stop @ 310° (30 Ncm)
