The MSIV series of SMD resistors are rated up to 5 watts @70 °C, and are available with resistance values ranging from 0.1 Ω to 1.2 kΩ. A non-inductive winding version is also available as an optional extra. Their epoxy-moulded design makes these SMD resistors particularly robust and provides the best possible protection against external influences. Typical applications include current sensing and power control.
