S-Beam Series KM1506

Robust, compact force sensor with steel body for 2 kN to 20 kN

The KM1506 series consists of load cells with a nominal force range of 2 kN to 20 kN. The steel body is equipped with a full-bridge Wheatstone strain gauge. This ensures reliable and durable force measurement, even at higher forces.

The design remains consistent across all nominal forces, facilitating integration into mechanical systems. Force is applied and fastened via two M12 internal threads.

The KM1506 can be used for tensile and compressive forces, and thanks to its IP65 protection class it is also suitable for harsh industrial environments.

Compared to standard S-beams on the market, it stands out thanks to its robust steel construction combined with a compact design.

Options:

• Nominal forces: 2 kN, 5 kN, 10 kN, 20 kN 

Customized adaptations are also possible for series production requirements. These include modified thread sizes, adapted tolerances, special cable lengths, and pre-assembled connectors.
