High-load sensor with reliable protection in harsh environments 

The KM1603 series consists of S-beam load cells for high forces, with capacities ranging from 20 kN to 50 kN. The robust stainless steel body with a full Wheatstone strain gauge bridge provides precise and consistent results, even in challenging conditions.

Notably, the IP67 protection rating effectively shields the sensor from dust and moisture. This makes the KM1603 series ideal for use in harsh industrial environments where other S-beam force sensors are unable to perform.

The consistent design across all nominal forces facilitates integration. Force transmission and mounting are via an M18 internal thread.

Thanks to its combination of a high protection class, stainless steel construction and very high nominal forces, the KM1603 series is suitable for tensile and compressive forces, providing a robust solution for industrial applications.
