S-Beam load cell KT1503

Directly usable output signals thanks to integrated amplifier for greater forces

The KT1503 series consists of universally applicable S-beam force transducers with a nominal force range of 1 kN to 10 kN. The aluminium body of the transducers incorporates a Wheatstone strain gauge full bridge and an integrated digital amplifier. This provides stable, low-noise output signals (0–10 V or 4–20 mA).

Internal signal processing also provides a directly amplified output signal with a very short response time. This enables a fast response and particularly easy connection to control systems.

The consistent design across all nominal forces facilitates integration into mechanical systems. Force application and fastening are carried out via two M12 internal threads. The KT1503 is suitable for both tensile and compressive forces.

Thanks to digital signal processing, it offers increased signal quality, making it ideal for demanding industrial processes that require reliable results.

Options

• Nominal forces: 1 kN, 2 kN, 5 kN, 10 kN
• Output signals: 0–10 V or 4–20 mA  

Additional adaptations can be made for series production, such as modified thread sizes for force application, special cable lengths or pre-assembled connectors. Other configurations are also possible, such as a custom output signal range (e.g. 0–11 V) and a custom offset.
