Potentiometric linear transducer in compact design


In the displacement sensor series CLP21 the mechanical detection of linear movement is done by a front guided push rod with accurate sleeve bearings. The push rod can be equipped with an inside spring return device. The spring return version of the CLP21 makes the sensor space saving and robust, because of the front guided construction and 6mm diameter in the push rod. For mounting the CLP21 has four fixing clamps which are included in the scope of supply. To ensure high accuracy and long lifetime for a good price performance ratio the potentiometric measuring principle is realized with a high-resolution conductive plastic resistance element. Since the potentiometric measuring principle delivers absolute values and requires no electronic conversion, the position feedback signal is true power on without delay, temperature stable and robust against EMC influences. Customization on the push rod (length, thread, flat ...) is available on request.
