The CLP21 without spring return / CLPR21 with spring return displacement transducers are used in applications requiring a compact and robust linear transducer with long life, high accuracy and a front guided push rod with measuring lengths from 15 to 100 mm.

The CLP(R)21 series of compact and robust linear potentiometers are designed for applications requiring a robust and compact linear transducer. In the CLP(R)21 series, the mechanical detection of linear motion is achieved by a front guided push rod. The displacement sensor can be used as a probe or with a guided push rod.
Potentiometric displacement measurement is performed using a high-resolution conductive plastic resistive element. Comolded conductive plastic technology gives the compact encoder a very long life and high accuracy due to its good linearity. As the potentiometric measuring principle provides absolute values and requires no electronic conversion, the position feedback signal is true power on without delay, temperature stable and robust against EMC influences. Customization of the electrical connection (with connector) or the pushrod (length, thread, flat...) is available on request.
