Potentiometric linear transducer in a space saving design

In the displacement sensor series CLP13 the mechanical detection of linear movement is done by front guided push rod with accurate sleeve bearings. The push rod can be equipped with an inside spring return device. Due to the small profile design, the front guided push rod and with the four hollow rivets in the housing the CLP13 sensor provides a space saving and easy integration up to 100 mm measurement stroke. To ensure high accuracy and long lifetime for a good price performance ratio the potentiometric measuring principle is realized with a high-resolution conductive plastic resistance element. Since the potentiometric measuring principle delivers absolute values and requires no electronic conversion, the position feedback signal is true power on without delay, temperature stable and robust against EMC influences. Customization on the push rod (length, thread, flat) and cable terminals are available on request.
