The M35 thin-film power resistor in TO-263 housing can deliver up to 35 Watts at 25 °C with an appropriately sized heatsink (not supplied) or 2 Watts without a heatsink. The resistor has low inductance (<10nH) and a resistance range of 0.01 Ω...51 kΩ with a resistance tolerance of ±1% and a thermal resistance of 3.3K/W. It is reflow solderable at 260 °C for 20 seconds. The M35 is used in various power applications such as solar power or charge controllers.
