Potentiometric linear transducer in a space saving design

In the displacement sensor series MM the mechanical detection of linear movement is done by a rear and front guided push rod with accurate sleeve bearings. The push rod can be equipped with an inside spring return device. Due to his small design and M3 bushing threads with 10mm diameter flange construction on the front side the MM provides a very space saving and easy integration up to 30 mm measurement stroke. To ensure high accuracy and long lifetime for a good price performance ratio the potentiometric measuring principle is realized with a high-resolution conductive plastic resistance element. Since the potentiometric measuring principle delivers absolute values and requires no electronic conversion, the position feedback signal is true power on without delay, temperature stable and robust against EMC influences. Customization on the push rod (length, thread, flat ...) is available on request.
